crSeisio - A SEG-Y Toobox for Matlab

Introduction
This module deconvolves uncorrelated Vibroseis data using one of two techniques: sweep
deconvolution, or sweep correlation. The module expects source gathers of uncorrelated traces
accompanied by one or more sweep traces in the same ensemble (this arrangement of data can readily
be accomplished in other ProMAX modules, if the data are not already in this form). The parameter
menu window allows the user to choose the trace sequence number of the desired sweep trace, to
choose whether to deconvolve the sweep trace from the data traces or to correlate the sweep with the
data traces to reconstitute the seismic traces.
Installation instructions
The distribution comes with the necessary compiled files for running on Windows (98,NT,2000) or
Sun Solaris 7. If you plan on using the toolbox on a different platform, you’ll need to compile the
source code for your machine.
